What is your average price per person?
The average price per person will depend on the package you choose. We offer two packages at INR 1000 + GST and INR 1200 + GST for standard service style, staffing, duration of service and set up. Any customization and extra offerings chosen by the guest will be at an additional cost.
Do you require a minimum guarantee?
Yes, we require a minimum guarantee of 10 people and can go upto 25 people per live station. Beyond 25 guests an additional live station is recommended to avoid queuing.
What if my number of guests is below the minimum guarantee required?
You are important to us and we would love to give you the special China Bistro Live Kitchen experience. However, the minimum billing applicable will be INR 15000 + GST.
Is there any fees in addition to the package price?
Yes, only if you choose anything from the extra offerings.
What if I want to change my menu?
No problem. Please reach out to our customer care executives for the same minimum 48 hours prior to your event date.
How far will you travel?
We usually operate within 50 Kms of the city limits. In case of any special query, please reach out to our customer care executive.
Where can you cater?
We can cater at any location where it is permissible to engage a caterer, whether at residences, offices or holiday homes.
What is your policy and arrangement for leftovers?
Keeping in mind the freshness & hygiene standards as per our Food Safety Management System, we do not leave the leftovers.
When do you need to know the number of guests?
We will need your final guest count minimum 48 hours prior to the event along with the 100% payment transfer.
Do you have any kid's menu options?
Our menu includes kid friendly items. Kids below the age of 5 years are free and over the age of 5 years are chargeable as per the standard rates.
What about meals for maids or domestic helpers?
Standard prices will be applicable.
Can I substitute items or change the menu?
Yes. Our menu consists of recommended popular combinations but we are flexible in case you have specific preferences or needs. Please reach out to our customer care executive to discuss your preferences.
Are there vegetarian, vegan and Jain options?
Yes, we have many options for vegetarians, vegans, jains or those with food sensitivities. Please let us know the details and we will work with you to customize the menu to the preferred dietary needs.
Is gratuity included?
No, we don’t charge you a gratuity. We suggest an optional 10-20% gratuity for the servers, based on the size and type of event. Pls Note: Gratuity is appreciated but not expected.
Do you offer tasting?
Absolutely. Food tasting will be chargeable as per the a la carte menu pricing. Home delivery of the same can be organized.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, 100% payment is required to be transferred 48 hours prior to the event.
How far ahead do I need to book the event?
Let us know as soon as you decide. Planning ahead is great, though we always attempt to accommodate your last minute needs to the best of our ability.
